Diet-Free Living
Diet-Free Living is a six-week class series for adults who are ready to give up dieting and make peace with food. Based on the bestselling classic, Overcoming Overeating, class content includes:

  • Why diets are a set up for failure.
  • The difference between emotional and physical hunger.
  • Learning to trust your "internal" hunger cues.
  • How to enjoy food and eating without guilt.
  • Specific ways to become more self accepting.

This is not a diet class.  There will be no calorie counting or weigh-ins.  If you don't have another diet left in you, and are ready to live free in a world of food, this class is for you.
Class fee is $145 and includes a notebook with all class handouts and a copy of the book, Overcoming Overeating
