Diet-Free Living
Diet-Free Living is a six-week class series for adults who are ready to give up dieting and make peace with food. Based on the Diet Survivor's Handbook as well as bestselling classic, Overcoming Overeating, class content includes:
- Why diets are a set up for failure.

- Learning to trust your "internal" hunger cues.
- How to enjoy food and eating without guilt.
